How long do the activities run?

Activity time runs about two hours, not counting set-up. We arrive roughly 90 minutes before, depending on the scale of what we are building.

Do you run the activities yourselves?

Yes. Every activity is age-appropriate and run by the Green Compass team, so parents get to be guests at their own party.

What do you need from us at the venue?

Once activities are confirmed we share a furniture list, and we flag anything that needs a plug point nearby. Extension cords come with us.

Do you clean up afterwards?

Basic activity cleanup is ours. You get the space back the way we found it.

What about allergies or special needs?

Send any allergies, sensitivities or special needs across in advance and we will build the activities around them.

How late can we change the activities or the date?

Activity changes land best more than 48 hours out. Rescheduling needs 72 hours' notice and is subject to the calendar.

Do you photograph the party?

We photograph our set-ups for our portfolio and never publish a child's name or personal details. Tell us in writing if you would prefer not to be featured.

What ages do you cater for?

Children from 0 to 12 years. Every family of activities carries its own age band, so a three-year-old and a ten-year-old get different tables.

What kinds of events do you do?

Birthdays, weddings, private events, corporate events, and exhibitions and carnivals.

We design and execute engaging activities for children from 0 to 12 years, thoughtfully planned around their age, their interests and the style of your celebration. We are based in Bengaluru and work at homes, clubhouses, farms, hotels and schools across the city.
